stew meat already cut
1 onion sliced
golden mushroom
cream of mushroom
Throw above in a slow cooker for the day
Pour over:
Mashed Potatoes
( i like yukon golden - no peeling-)
boil potatoes in water until tender
drain water
add a dollup of butter
start smashing
add milk to get the consistensy you like
