2 cups spinach ½ medium banana, fresh or frozen ½ cup frozen mango* ½ cup frozen pineapple* ¼ avocado ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk, or milk of choice: oat, dairy, etc., or coconut water

costco pesto in a jar - add to pasta after boiling and draining. Then drizzle a little more on the meat if you want more pesto flavor grilled chicken (you can buy it already grilled or do it yourself if its just for a couple people buying it grilled isn't much more$) Pasta of your choice - you boil it parmesan cheese- topping

Lunch- Sweet Potato and Steak bites

baked sweet potato with butter (put a few in oven sunday night and bake at 350 for about an hour) butter diced pieces of steak (seasoned) You can really add what every youd like to it - some people like sweet things like maple syrup etc
