1 cup frozen mixed berries ( I love raspberries) 1 medium frozen banana, peeled and roughly chopped blend the above in a blender adding milk to make your liked thickness 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or other dairy-free milk of choice 1 tbsp chia seeds Toppings:
granola shaved coconut nuts Peanut butter or almond butter
