This dough is great becasue it lasts 6 weeks in fridge. You only need to cook what you want for the next few days.
2.5 cups flour
2.5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 cups bran cereal flakes
1.5 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 quart buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
makes 20 muffins
